"This take over affected everyone in your store. There attitudes are different and it’s because it’s definitely not the same for them either. We have this same store right here in my home town and I never ever shop there and I always hear nothing but complaints. I keep coming back thinking it’s going to change, but it doesn’t so I have to look in other places."
"The young lady behind the counter did not greet me, was irritated when I asked to use the $5 discount I was emailed, did not thank me and THEN was embarrassed when I thanked the associate next to her for making me feel so welcome the last time I was in. It is funny how she was so full of confidence when she was being rude to me but, suddenly red in the face when I addressed the associate next to her. She was given multiple opportunities to provide the customer service I've grown accustomed to for the past twenty plus years I've been shopping at Gordmans. I will not be rushing back to this location even though it is the closest to my home and office."
